This whole story of the seed project has been a fun and exciting project. Our group has enjoyed  working on these plants and excited to see how much they grew. It has been a good experience to see our plants t grow and see them start as a seed and then grow up to be a plant. We where surprised that our pants actually survived. When we first planted them it was rough they had a hard time. But then they started to grow and over come all the bad things.

michel says:The project was actually pretty easy, and i was surprised how much the plants grew. The blog wasn't that hard, the only part that was hard was coming up for what to write. Our group planted our plants in the right spot so it would get all the  nutrient it needed.

Our plants are constantly growing. They use photosynthesis to get energy and grow bigger. Our plant also uses enzymes to speed up its photosynthesis, that way it can grow at a faster rate. At first our group thought that our plant wouldn't live and they would die. Fortunately they lived and are growing at a faster rate.

In this blog i will try to prove my plant is a living thing. One of the main reasons that i know my plant is living is that it is green. This shows that the plant still is alive. Also our plants have grown, they are almost 3 times the size they originally where. The plants look really good even though some bugs have eaten the leaves. This plant started as a red and now it is a big plant, and it is still growing.

  1. Some abiotic factors are the sun and the soil that lives around our plants, biotic factors would be worms that eat the leaves of the plants
  2. our plants are competing with other plants in the garden, you can usually tell by which plants are bigger and have more power.
  3. The winner is usually determined if they are bigger and have more space, The loser will probably die in the competition.
  4. The other way these plants are connected is that they live next to each other, they have to both reproduce to spread their seeds.
  5. The type of succession is secondary succession, you can tell because there is soil.

  1. Over this week our group has noticed that the plants have started to grow bigger, they also have more leaves and look a lot healthier.
  2. Our plants take water through the ground, as they do that they get important nutrient they need to live and grow bigger.
  3. our plants take carbon out of the air and then turn it into oxygen, this process is necessary for us humans to live on earth.
  4. The plants absorb nitrogen out of the ground and turn it into growing compounds.
