this is a picture of the brassica flower. This is just a general picture of the petals and the flowers stem.

This is a picture of the Stamen, The tip of the stamen is called the Anther, the Anther produces pollen. The Filament is, the filament holds and anther up.
Anther: an oval sack where meiosis takes place, producing haploid male gametiphytes-pollen Grains.

This is a picture of pollen grains, the center is an air bubble. There are air bubbles because we had to use a wet mount slide to make this posable.

This is a picture of the Anther and the Carpel the feather looking things on the side are the anthers and the middle rod is the carpel.

This is the carpel sliced in half, the first picture has the ovule, the little ball is the ovule. The little ball looking things in the carpel is the ovules. These are the female part of the plants.

These plants reproduce by having pollen form on the filaments, After it forms they wait for bees to rub their legs on the pollen. After it attaches to their legs they fly to another flower and have the pollen fall into the ovule. The pollen then fertilizes the ovules and makes seeds. The seeds fall get eaten and spread.
